Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: We charge sales tax for orders shipped within California. The sales tax is calculated automatically and added to the total amount before the check out.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: For the brand new or refurbished sealed products we do not offer any additional warranty since they all come with the manufacturer’s warranty. However, please note that the warranty length might be different between brand new and refurbished products. For the open box products our warranty depends on the type and the condition of the product. The description should help finding out the length of the warranty for each product.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All of our sales are final. However, we will accept returns if the product arrives damaged or not as described and replace it or refund your money.

Q: What are your shipping & handling methods and your rates?
A: We make sure our products are very well packed and boxed before they are shipped. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS for shipping. The average arriving time is 2 to 3 business days. We can also arrange faster shipping if it’s requested so by the buyer but this might increase the shipping & handling cost for the buyer. The shipping rates are calculated separately for each product depending on the weight, size etc. and you can see it on the description of the product.
